Pharmacies filing for patient insurance should always list a quantity of “1 dose of 5g”, not “5 doses”. Clindesse is a onetime-use product that most often does not require a refill. Any quantity greater than “1 dose of 5g” may result in the patient’s insurance plan rejecting the prescription.
